The Centre for Research and Governance on Cyber Law (CRGCL)invites submissions for its blog on cyber law, technology policy, and digital governance. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, so there is no fixed deadline, i.e., you may submit at any time.
About CRGCL
The Centre for Research and Governance on Cyber Law (CRGCL) is an independent academic forum established by a group of legal scholars, cybersecurity researchers, and technology policy thinkers, with the shared purpose of building one of India’s most rigorous and independent platforms for cyber law research and governance.
At a time when India’s digital economy is expanding faster than its legal frameworks can keep pace with, CRGCL exists to bridge the gap among law, technology, and public policy, producing research that informs legislation, guides compliance, and advances citizens’ rights in the digital age. The Centre’s work is rooted in India’s constitutional values and anchored in global frameworks, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure).

- Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under simultaneous consideration with any other forum.
- Similarity: Keep similarity below 15%. Any piece exceeding this threshold will be summarily rejected.
- No AI tools: The use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot) to generate text is strictly prohibited. Authors who violate this rule will be permanently banned.
